Was the developers' behavior ethical?
Yes and no. His behavior was not ethical in the eyes of the government or business people because he basically stole from the government, but his behavior was eithical to themselves because look how much they profitted off of this land.

How can this be avoided in the future?
By just building on the land that does not have any water on it. Or just looking at the land before buying it.

Reporting to the VP, Strategic Marketing, this position will oversee development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies for existing key accounts as assigned across all NBCU platforms-including on-air, online, new media, film and theme parks. Bachelors degree from a 4 year college
At least 7 years of related experience (Integrated or Partnership Marketing, Network or Print )

Because I Said So, starring Diane Keaton and Mandy Moore, is a movie about Daphne, Keaton, with three daughters who is as over-bearing, meddling, and annoying as any other mother is. She trys to set her daughter Milly, Moore, up with a boyfriend that she finds online so Milly wont end up with the same fate as her- divorced and alone.
Daphne met up with some of the guys she found online and only one of them met her standards, Jason. But then the man playing the guitar at the restaurant, Johnny, didnt so she didnt like him. bu snatched Milly's business card so he could meet her.
So Milly ended up dating both of them at the same time without knowing that her mother put an ad on the interent. When she found out she was furious at her mother & made her mother realize that she couldnt meddle any more. Milly broke it off with the Jason & stayed with Johnny.

To make school more interesting for students, the way classes are taught should relate more to students so they would be more interested and more willing to learn. Like having touchpad tv screens at the students desk that would teach a lesson interactivly by asking questions during the lesson and be quizzed at the end of the lesson. And then students could learn at their own pace. And not feel pressured to learn as quickly as others.
