Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Reporting to the VP, Strategic Marketing, this position will oversee development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies for existing key accounts as assigned across all NBCU platforms-including on-air, online, new media, film and theme parks. The position will work in partnership with the other directors of strategic marketing as well as with the marketing teams embedded in the divisions to ensure collaboration and teamwork and to maximize impact and opportunity.
Act as Strategic Marketing lead on assigned daypart(s)/properties
Foster positive and effective working relationship with Ad Sales/Marketing colleagues and senior management within assigned daypart(s)-ensuring open lines of communication and the ability to provide actionable solutions for daypart challenges
Ensure consistent communication of important daypart activities throughout marketing and sales organization
Act as Strategic Marketing resource for designated group of key accounts and proactively identify opportunities to maximize revenue and further evolve their relationship with NBCU, in partnership with the appropriate account strategy team
Partner with Insights & Innovation team to continuously identify and evaluate key marketplace trends, structure and manage on-going research partnerships with key accounts, and cull data to support sale of major initiatives to these customers
Both lead and participate in ideation or brainstorming sessions, as necessary, to develop high-impact, organic sponsorship and partnership platforms that align with customers' brand objectives
Act as part of a centralized resource team for RFP response
Oversee/continuously refine customer prospecting tools and help Sales capitalize on key opportunities
Hire, manage, evaluate and nurture marketing staff
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree from a 4 year college
At least 7 years of related experience (Integrated or Partnership Marketing, Network or Print )
Desired:
Bachelor's Degree with a discipline in Marketing; MBA preferred
Strong strategic marketing orientation
Ability to translate advertiser needs into "sellable" programs that generate revenue

This individual is responsible for interacting with one or more NBC Universal properties to create online and integrated offerings. Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree from a 4 year college
Minimum 5 years of experience at an agency, media company, sales organization or in research, with responsibilities including presentation, creative and promotion development; 2 years experience working in this capacity in the online space.
